★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for hangout and discussion with colleagues or for a business meeting as the place is relatively quiet. Last night (29/12/2016) we (the three of us) were here. Tried to call the baristas but they did not pay attention to visitors, they arr so busy with their own coffee which they sipped while brewing. Actually we just wanted to get our table clean. But they did not pay any attention at all to us. At the end we Cleaned-up the table. How come this international brand has Staff with that lousy service?
The black coffee is good actually. But the baristas service is really poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a lot of time here with colleagues at evening on working day, I feel enjoyed the place and environtment despite careless staffs, my colleagues prefer the atmosphere at this place as it's much quieter. Coffee and tea those we have ordered were tasted nice and specially coffee make me re-order

It has a smoking and a non smoking section
Price is rather high (a bank mega credit card would get you 50% discount so be sure to have them if you are visiting this coffee shop brand)
Without the 50% discount I would rather go to a nearby Starbucks in the same floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cilandak Town Square is not a good place for business meeting as the music is loud. But the Coffee Bean has closed smoking room. In practice, none of guest smoking, they had meeting and work. Its quiet! ??
