Minus : No tissue. No trash bin. Reception not standby, have to phone call reception. No amenities. Cleanliness issue.
Plus : hot water, refrigerator, king size bed, large room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property is just odd to me, the location is oke but the entrace is horrible, looks like some kind of abandoned property from the outside, with a clumsy salon signage on the gate(?).
The room felt gloomy, and the bathroom..Horrible! So dirty, black spot everywhere.
I asked to change for another room (choose the lower floor, better room) but same problem with the bathroom.
Tbh, I don't understand why this place gets a good rating on Agoda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malls are walking distance from this hotel (Ambassador, Lotte & Kuningan city). The room is okay, it has balcony but not that impresive view. The bathroom is old, no tissue provided. I wanted to ask for it but no phone in the room & when i went to the receptionist desk, it's always empty. I think they sort of staffs, I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the staff to came, when i was checking out. So wasting my time. I Didn't really enjoying my stay here because it was too noisy for me. The wifi was fast though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great budget place to stay. The room is clean, spacious, hot water is working, and there's a fridge. But you only get towels(no shampoo, soap, sandals, etc). But it still a definitely worth place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay during your short trip in Jakarta. Their staff are nice, they clean your room everyday (based on request), nice bathroom, and bedroom with small balcony. This place provided spacious parking place, completed with CCTV all around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic place. But the entrance is really one of a kind. Just a black gate with Clover residence mark. Inside is quite good. The receptionis is not always there so you have to ask the security if you need help. The room is okay. Spacey and good. You got the water everyday and the room can be cleaned every morning. Recommended place.
