Even though its fully booked but our privacy is well protected due to the rooms layout which is like separated villas.
Too many bugs and ants. And the toilet is dim and dirty.
There are big bathtub in the room too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful nature, quiet, peaceful, and tranquil are some perfect words for describing this place. The room itself was hotel standard clean. The best part is the convenience. From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with a warm welcome. Breakfast at the hotel was above average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice, clean, and have excellent room service. I unconsciously left some belongings and they even delivered it to my place. The GM and staffs are very humble and friendly. The price-value rate is rational! Recommended place to hold any kind of events and leisure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to feel the cozy atmosphere of the country, here is the place. Especially when you book a room in the villa, each villa has its own pool. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere and fresh air in the morning. Just a need to note the cleanliness of the swimming pool which is a lot of moss and leaf garbage leaves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice experience staying at The Cangkringan. We stayed at Kemuning Room (not Villa). Only IDR 350,000/night includes breakfast (rice box). TV signal is only local channels, shower room with hot water, towels, Air Conditioner, a comfy Queen size bed, Wooden floors and it’s make special is mini refrigerator in this room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the hotel has passed its glory days. The cocept and design of the villas (where we stayed) embrace nature with private pool is a good recipe for nice resort. But poor maintenance make this resort a bad experience.
Room is dirty (dust every where), pool is dirty without water circulation, toilet leaks, shower and hotwater broken, towels look old, food below standard, room service did not respond etc. Will not come back unless they have major restorations and new management.

Although the old building has some part that needed more treatment like walls near the shower but overall the grand vibe was still there. I love the spacious H8 room position heading front with its wide windows. Thank you pak Eko Kariadi for giving us the room choice and your hospitality all time of our two nights and three days there. I also love the swimming pool, the spacious yards that I could explore for relaxing my body and mind. Surely want to come back for another holiday.
