★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lagi-lagi dikecewakan dengan service dari The Body Shop cabang Cibubur Junction. Service yang bukan hanya kurang, tetapi saya kecewa karena service yang diberikan tidaklah tanggap. Sama sekali tidak ada keramahan kepada pembeli, meskipun itu hanya berupa senyuman. Pribadi, dengan saya meliuk liuk seharusnya jadi indikasi cukup bahwa saya memerlukan sebuah bantuan. Akan tetapi, saya disini malah yang harus menegur manis "mbak, maaf saya mau tanya.. (produk yg dicari)" tanpa mendekati dan dengan bahasa tubuh yang kaku ogah membantu dia memberi tahu bahwa outlet disini sudah kehabisan dan dari The Body Shop pusat di luar negri sendiri sedang "dalam proses perubahan packaging". Hal inipun saya maklumkan karena dapat dimengerti. Yang saya kecewakan, mengapa sebagai pemberi service mbak itu tidak memberikan solusi atau tanggapan yang positif. Malah saya yang harus bertanya, "kalau di outlet dekat sini Ciputra Mall kira2 ada barangnya?" jawabnya adalah "kalau itu saya tidak bisa pastikan" jawaban yang saya kira vague dan tidak mau membantu. Saya point out "ohh.. gak bisa di telfon dari sini outlet yang itu? saya minta tolong" dan sembari acuh dia hanya menggelengkan kepala dan saya pun angkat kaki dari situ karena benar2 kecewa. Saya input, siapapun itu yang masuk ke toko harusnya diberi senyuman dong. Jangan hanya melihat luar dan bersikap tidak mau menolong, karena memang saya berpakaian biasa saja tapi bukan berarti saya tidak mampu. Manajemen harus lebih menekankan keramahan dan service karena ini bukan pertama atau kedua kali saya merasa service di outlet ini jelek.
Again, let down by the service from The Body Shop, Cibubur Junction branch. Services that are not only lacking, but I am disappointed because the services provided are not responsive. There is absolutely no hospitality to the buyer, even though it is only a smile. Personally, my contortion with me should be an adequate indication that I need help. However, I'm here instead who has to reprimand the sweet "miss, sorry I want to ask .. (product sought)" without approaching and with rigid body language unwilling to help him tell that the outlets here have run out and from The Body Shop center in overseas itself is "in the process of changing packaging". Even this I declare because it is understandable. What I am disappointed about is why as a service provider, she does not provide solutions or positive responses. In fact, I have to ask, "If there are Ciputra Mall outlets near here, do you have the goods?" the answer is "if that I can't be sure" the answer is I think vague and do not want to help. I point out "ohh .. can't be called from this outlet? I ask for help" and while he was ignorant he just shook his head and I lifted my foot from it because I was really disappointed. I input, whoever enters the store should smile. Don't just look outside and act unwillingly, because I am dressed normally, but that doesn't mean I can't. Management should emphasize friendliness and service because this is not the first or second time I feel that service at this outlet is bad.

Next time saya pasti kunjungi lagi untuk restock skincare saya?
So far, I prefer to go to a friend to buy FFB / online, but since I went to TBS Cibubur Juction, I was welcomed and welcomed by giving a good solution to my current skin problem ... Thank you Mba Aurelia for the service. Next time I will definitely visit again to restock my skincare
