Service kurang memuaskan. Saya datang dalam keadaan resto full. Tidak ada yang jaga di meja depan. Saya masuk bilang mau daftar waiting list. Tapi cuma disuruh tunggu dan di state kalau full dan semua baru masuk. Saya sudah bilang bahwa tidak masalah untuk menunggu. Tapi seperti tidak diladeni.
Terus beberapa pengunjung lain juga dateng dan di layani seperti itu. Sampai ada yang marah karena pelayanan sangat buruk.
Saran: kalau memang resto full. Ya sudah tampung aja di list customer yang menunggu. Toh, kan nunggu kan customer. Mau lama atau cepet ya keputusan di customer. Yang penting kalian dari resto sudah info kalau menunggu dan semua baru. Jangan di jawabin seolah-olah kita ga boleh menunggu.
The cooking is okay. It feels good.
Service is not satisfactory. I came in a full restaurant state. No one on duty at the front desk. I entered and said I wanted the waiting list. But they were only told to wait and in the state if they were full and everyone just entered. I told you that it's okay to wait. But like not being served.
Then several other visitors also came and were served like that. Until someone is angry because the service is very bad.
Suggestion: if the restaurant is full. Yes, just put it in the waiting customer list. After all, right waiting for the customer. Want long or fast, the decision is at the customer. The important thing is that you from the restaurant have informed that you are waiting and everything is new. Don't answer as if we can't wait.
