Aktivitas terminal dimulai agak siang dan berakhir sore sekitar jam 28.00 WIB. Karena setiap pagi dan sore hari seluruh terminal dijadikan pasar oleh para pedagang, sehingga aktivitas terminal praktis berpindah ke jalan di depan stasiun.
