Semoga loket yg lain tidak
 Quite complete and various agents of choice, BUT counter A1 only cares about selling tickets, with arbitrary bus destinations
Hopefully the other counters don't

Tidak hanya transportasi dalam kota tetapi juga transportasi antar kota antar propinsi.
Semoga pengelolaan dan perawatan sarana penunjang didalamnya dapat ditingkatkan
There is quite a lot of busy transportation at this terminal.
Not only transportation within the city but also transportation between cities and provinces.
Hopefully the management and maintenance of supporting facilities in it can be improved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminalnya sangat dibutuhkan, dari sisi kenyamanan kurang bagus, kebersihan & kerapihan apalagi, jauh dari perawatan.
Petugas terminal tidak standby pada saat kita butuh informasi.
Mohon lebih ditingkatkan sarana & prasarananya, apalagi buat base bis-bis AKAP
The terminal is very much needed, in terms of comfort, it is not good, cleanliness & tidiness moreover, far from maintenance.
Terminal officers are not on standby when we need information.
Please further improve the facilities & infrastructure, especially for the base of AKAP buses
