★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern, very bright and a very big space for people to gather. Beautiful exposed construction, lots of shop and chairs for people to sit and wait. Many restaurants in here, any kind of disehes you want to eat, you name it, they're all there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While leaving from Jakarta through terminal 3, you will find it awesome, as lot of shop's with local and overseas brands. Actually it's really neat and clean and the design of the airport inside, will give you feel that, you are traveling in different world, compare to Jakarta Traffic world.
The most painful part is when you traveling in through T3 from outside. The Airlines will drop you almost 1 km far away from the immigration and then from Exit gate. And you have to walk for almost 30 minutes. No automatic elevator or anybody bothering you to help. Very difficult if you are traveling with babies or Grandparents. Collecting luggage is also a nightmare, you have to wait for another 30-45 minutes. I think getting in to Jakarta should be hassle free, so visitors around the world when entering Jakarta, should feel comfortable. Also, please put some Airport Vans or trollies to carry passengers. Also, very difficult to get taxi outside, nobody is there to guide you, which taxi is safe and where to get it, specially for first time visitors. Hope this will help Airport management to deliver best services to increase number of visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of comfy airport in Indonesia. It's very clean and organized. There is so many restaurant here if you hungry before going on a plane. There are a lot of bathroom, maybe one per gate or two so we doesn't need to wait for a long time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall this new terminal is good but it is because of the newly built condition, however even in a new condition, there are already little problems in several areas of the building, especially a wear and tear issue. This terminal seems be designed with Simgapore Changi Airport and Hong Kong International Airport in mind or at least being influenced by the two (I myself am from Singapore so I can testify exactly how the design has a similarity for majority of the parts).
One big downside is the design of the inside temperature which can be very stuffy and hoy before the sun sets in. I am wondering why it was not like Singapore Changi Airport which although has glasses design, the room temperature is still comfortable. Probably there is a missing design that the engineering team should have given serious thought. Besides, the irony is although the look of the airport is majestic, it has a feel of not-so high-end touch. I am too sure of the reason but it could be because of lacking of detailed design? I do not know. Besides, the location of the lounge is located quite far from the designated gate, but this is not something critical, however improvement can be done. The wifi quality is not too good, with frequent disconnection.
To be fair, Indonesia has tried her best to outdo themselves and join the competetion of providing a good airport in this part of the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite amazing. But the gate is too far away so need to becareful with time management. They have gocar but only couple time. But overall it is nice airport look cozy and clean now. There are more good facility too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New international airport terminal in Jakarta, Indonesia. Huge terminal with many shops, cafes, restaurants. Immigration and security checks are quite fast even though when there’s many travellers. Clean and spacious, and there’s toilets and baby changing room at the gates. Nice views of the airplanes at the gates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far this place is the closest to international airport design in indonesia nowadays standard. The place is spacious, modern and comfortable. It is nice to roam around. Sign system is clear so you won't get lost. Came here when it is not that full. I wish all indonesian airport could be this nice!
Update : if you depart from this airport, try to come early if you have to drop checked baggage since the queuing system is all in one flight baggage drop
