★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya sih agak ragu aqiqah dengan pesan, takut masakannya gak enak atau basi. Karena sering dapat undangan aqiqah ternyata masakannya basi.
Saat pesan ke Terkai Aqiqah waktu lg dinas ke kalimantan, karena repot kerjaan akhirnya pesan juga. Saat pesan itu cuma satu ucapan ' Bismillah " semoga gak ada masalah. banyak komunikasi by wa dengan Terkai Aqiqah akhirnya sepakat dan deal. Pagi sebelum acara akhirnya sampai rumah dan dapat wa untuk suruh share loc agar saat pengantaran mudah. Pas tepat jam 18.30 yang ngantar telp sudah dekat rumah. orangnya ramah dan rapi. Setelah dicek semua dan di rasakan masakannya istri dan mertua bilang ok enak. Dan di dalam box ada souvenir tasbih, buku risalah aqiqah dan kartu ucapan aqiqah. serta dikasih 1 bingkai sertifikat aqiqah. serta di wa video saat penyembelihan kambing. Alhamdulilah acara berjalan lancar dan besok paginya tetangga komentar kalo enak masakannya dan souvenirnya bermanfaat. Senang banget rasanya. Terimakasih Terkai Aqiqah nanti saat sunatan anak insyaalloh akan pesan lagi. Masukan dari saya bisa mesan isi box nasinya sesuai dengan keinginan kita jadi bisa lebih banyak variasi tidak tergantung isi paket. Sukses selalu buat TerkaiAqiqah semoga jadi berkah buat kita semua. Aamiin

The morning before the event finally arrived at home and can wa to tell the loc to share so that the time of delivery is easy. Right at 18:30 who was waiting the phone is near the house, the people are friendly and neat, after checking everything and taste the food the wife and parents-in-law say ok and in the box there are souvenir prayer beads, aqiqah treatise books and aqiqah greeting cards, and are given an aqiqah certificate frame. video when the slaughtering goat, Alhamdulillah, the event went smoothly and the next morning the neighbor commented that the food was delicious and the souvenirs were useful. Very happy it was felt. more variations can depend on the contents of the package, success always for TerkaiAqiqah, hopefully it will be a blessing for us ua. Aamiin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk Pelayanan menurut saya sudah bagus, dari sisi response pemberian informasi sangat cepat, packing masakan juga rapi + ada souvenir dan sertifikat, pengantaran juga tepat waktu..dan yang utama rasa masakan juga enaakk...bisa pilih variasi menunya juga.
Recomended lah buat next acara ??

1. Ramah dan fast response, bahkan di malam hari di jam istirahat masih mau melayani dengan ramah. Mau detil memberikan breakdown harga.
2. Tepat waktu delivery, bahkan lebih cepat dari estimasi
3. Masakan lumayan enak, terutama gulainya. Kalau satenya so so. Testimoni temen2 oke rasanya.
Usulan perbaikan
1. Dari awal klarifikasi customer, mau kambing domba atau kambing jawa
Advantages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa hal yang membuat saya akhirnya mempercayakan layanan aqiqah pada Dapur Aqiqah adalah :
1. Dengan adanya domain/website-berbayar sendiri (bukan blogspot atau sejenisnya yang gratisan), saya yakin layanan Dapur Aqiqah akan diolah secara profesional.
2. Customer Service-nya ramah, responsif, dan proaktif. Komunikasi pertama saya melalui WA, cepat dibalas oleh CS dan terkadang sudah ada jawaban sebelum ditanya. Sepertinya CS sudah profesional juga. Penjelasannya pun lengkap dan memuaskan.
3. Pilihan moda komunikasinya beragam (telepon, sms, WA, dan BB). Sebelum saya menghubungi Dapur Aqiqah, ada beberapa layanan yang sudah saya jadikan referensi. Namun dikarenakan moda komunikasi mereka hanya terbatas telepon dan sms, maka saya abaikan meskipun lokasi mereka jauh lebih dekat dari pada Dapur Aqiqah. Moda komunikasi yang bisa kirim-terima multimedia gambar/video (spt WA dan BB) sangat penting karena pasti saya akan meminta beberapa poto/gambar.
Dan ternyata pilihan saya benar :
1. Pesanan datang tepat jumlah, item, dan waktunya. Diantarkan oleh sopir yang ramah dan komunikatif. Paket ditata dengan rapih.
2. Rasa masakannya sedap sekali dan cocok dengan selera saya dan keluarga.
Update tesminoni 2019 :
Saya pakai layanan aqiqah dari Dapur Aqiqah untuk yang kedua kalinya setelah 2017. Rasa masakan masih cocok di lidah.
Some of the things that made me finally entrust the aqiqah service to the Aqiqah Kitchen are:
1. With their own paid domain / website (not a free blogspot or the like), I am sure the Aqiqah Kitchen service will be processed professionally.
2. The customer service is friendly, responsive and proactive. My first communication through WA, was quickly repaid by CS and sometimes there was an answer before being asked. Looks like CS is professional too. The explanation is complete and satisfying.
3. The choice of communication modes varies (telephone, sms, WA, and BB). Before I contacted Dapur Aqiqah, there were several services that I made reference. But because of their communication mode, there were only limited calls and text messages, so I ignored even though their location was much closer than the Aqiqah Kitchen. The mode of communication that can send multimedia images / videos (such as WA and BB) is very important because I will definitely ask for some photos / pictures.
And apparently my choice is correct:
1. Orders come exactly the number, item, and time. Delivered by a friendly and communicative driver. The package is arranged neatly.
2. The taste of the cuisine is delicious and fits my taste and family.
Update of 2019 TestMononi:
I use the aqiqah service from Dapur Aqiqah for the second time after 2017. The taste of cuisine still fits on the tongue.
