One gate sistem belum terealisasi sampai sekarang, pengembang tidak segera menepati janji.
 PJU lights (Public Street Lighting) always die every night, want to enter the residential area must be dark - dark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengajuan di tolak kpr, bagai anak ayam di lepas gitu aja. Boro2 di konfirmasi, nanya marketingnya aja dijanjikan utk di konfirmasi tp gk ada respon. Di kejar mnt hak kita, seolah dibikin layaknya tukang minta2
The application was rejected by the mortgage, like a chick that was just let go. Boro2 was confirmed, asked about the marketing, promised to be confirmed but there was no response. Chasing for our rights, as if they were made like beggars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ perumahan nya sih gue akuin memang ok, tapi ASLI kecewa banget sama pelayanan marketing nya !
bener2 cuma manis di awal doang....
tapi begitu masuk booking fee dan ternyata KPR di tolak, si marketing mah malah adem ayem aja ngga konfirmasi apa-apa, jadi terkesan gue sebagai konsumen yang harus ngejar mohon info ke mereka dan repot sendiri.
terima kasih Teras Country atas pelayanan marketing mu !
I admit that the housing is ok, but ORIGINAL is really disappointed with the marketing service!
it's really just cute at the start...
but when I entered the booking fee and it turned out that the mortgage was rejected, the marketing manager didn't confirm anything, so I was impressed as a consumer who had to go after them, ask them for information and bother myself.

Bagi pembeli baru setelah pengambilan pompa air cek juga kedalaman sumur nya apakah sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diberikan oleh developer
The house arrangement is neat. The place and the water are good . Location near the station and to the toll road

Suggestion
For new buyers, after taking the water pump, check the depth of the well whether it is in accordance with the specifications provided by the developer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudah2an ada solusi terbaiknya dan action lebih cepat dr pihak Grande, karena kondisi seperti ini mengancam jiwa sya dan keluarga. Apalagi saat hujan tkt bangunan kebawa longsor.
Hopefully there is the best solution and action is faster than Grande's side, because this condition threatens my life and family. Especially when it rains, the building is carried away by a landslide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati hati jika akan renov, dulu saya borongan renov dapur sama orang lapangan teras country dengan Pak Asep (pengawas lapangan) dan diboongin.
(ini bukan salah devloper)
Be careful if you are going to renovate, I used to work on a kitchen renov with a country terrace field person with Mr. Asep (field supervisor) and was busted.
(this is not the developer's fault)
