The teller system is really long ... there are only 2 visitors to the teller er I have to wait 20 people to queue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk terutama customer service yg sangat lambat dan santai ,saya menunggu lebih dari 1 jam,Antrian customer service tidak banyak pada saat itu tapi pelayanan sangat slow,mohon di perbaiki pelayanan nya. Good job buat security nya yg ramah dan sopan.
The service is very bad especially the customer service which is very slow and relaxed, I waited for more than 1 hour, the customer service queue was not much at that time but the service was very slow, please fix the service. Good job for its security which are friendly and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BURUK bri paling buruk selama saya pernah kunjungi. CS leler sYa tunggu dari jm12 sampai jm3 yallah CS nya melayani 1 org bisa 1 jam. Istrht nya ngulur waktu bgt hrusny jm1 udh slsai istrht. Ini jm2 BRu nongol orgnya! PAYAH! Jangan ke BRI ini lagi. Yakin lah kesini NYESEL!!!!!!
WORST worst bri I've ever been to. My dealer CS waits from jm12 to jm3, yes, the CS serves 1 person for 1 hour. The rest takes a lot of time, it must be jm1 already finished resting. This is jm2 BRu, the person shows up! BAD! Don't go to this BRI again. Sure, come here NYESEL!!!!!!
