★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum terapi fashdu, klo aktifitas berat ataupun agak berat, dada terasa nyeri sampai bagian belakang.
Setelah 1x fashdu, sampai rumah langsung gowes kenceng + tes tanjakan.
Puji Tuhan nafas panjang & dada tidak terasa nyeri lagi.
Next mau coba terapi lintah.
Before fashdu therapy, if the activity is heavy or rather heavy, the chest feels pain to the back.
After 1x fashdu, when I got home I immediately went fast + incline test.
Praise God for a long breath & no chest pain anymore.
Next, I want to try leech therapy.
