★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya lumayan bagus dari segi posisi dan harga sekarang masih murah serta tidak melalui BI Checking. Ke stasiun juga lumayan dekat, udaranya juga masih bersih. kalau mau ke mall ya belum ada, paling ke bsd / jakarta dulu. Naik KRL Jakarta - Tenjo +- 1.5Jam biaya 20k. Kalau nanti Podomoro tenjo sudah terbangun, juga ada mall disitu ga perlu Jakarta lg, tapi ya harus sabar.
Kekurangannya ?
- Stasiun tenjo masih termasuk jelek bangunannya
- Setiap ada kereta jadi macet jalan mobil/motor
- Pake kendaraan pribadi dari jakarta - Tenjo termasuk jauh.
- Mall belum ada
Daerah tenjo masih proses pembangunan oleh developer gede, mungkin 5 ~ 10th lg baru keliatan bagus kyk kota besar. Review ini hanya survei lokasi, kalau masalah air, listrik, dll belum tau.
I think it's pretty good in terms of position and the price is still cheap and not going through BI Checking. To the station is also quite close, the air is also still clean. if you want to go to the mall, there isn't any, at least go to bsd / jakarta first. Take the KRL Jakarta - Tenjo +- 1.5 hours, costs 20k. When Podomoro Tenjo wakes up, there is also a mall there, no need for Jakarta anymore, but you have to be patient.
The downside?
- Tenjo station is still a bad building
- Every time there is a train there is a traffic jam on the car/motorcycle
- Use a private vehicle from Jakarta - Tenjo is far away.
- Mall doesn't exist yet
The Tenjo area is still being developed by a big developer, maybe 5 ~ 10 years later it looks good like a big city. This review is only a site survey, if you don't know about water, electricity, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenjo City Metropolis per 28 feb 2022 dalam progres pembangunan, untuk blok A sudah dalam proses finishing bangunan rumah, say ambil 1 unit disini karena sangat strategis hanya berjarak 300 meter dari proyek kota mandiri kota podomoro tenjo. Dan harga di TCM masih sangat murah. Tapi kalau kota podomoro tenjo sudah jadi harga rumah di TCM pasti akan ikut naik juga. 2-3 tahun kedepan rumah di TCM sangat prospek buat investasi

Keadaan saat ini per September 2021 tanah yg sudah di cut n fill lalu di cor beton.
