Terus pas mau mention lagi, udah ga bisa, saya DM, tanya, kenapa ga bisa mention? (12 sept 2021).

Beberapa hari selanjutnya saya coba mention lagi dan masih ga bisa (18 sept 2021) saya DM lagi, tanya, sampai sekarang ga di bales, padahal dibaca loh.
Jadi, maaf ya saya berhenti jadi customer, saya tau kok itu di pengaturan mention nya dibuat ga bisa buat 'everyone' (pernah liat repost story yang akunnya di follow sama akun IG cafe ini a.k.a temennya?)
Saran saya, kalo mau usaha, tolong harus bisa bedakan urusan pribadi dan bisnis, ga bisa gitu caranya, coba deh belajar ke yang lain biar bisa jadi lebih baik, ga bagus mentingin ego. Ya gimana mau berkembang kalo ga welcome ke orang baru.
Mungkin cukup pesen satu kali di grab food ya, yang tadinya mau nyamperin ke tempatnya, karena pengalaman gini ya jadi males juga.

Nasgor katsu. Enak c, tapi daun jeruknya agak ganggu ya, klo maw masukin aja utuh atau kalo maw diiris, irisnya yang tipis n halus. Harga 20k.
Caramel coffee. Rasanya enak. Harga 20k.

So, sorry, I stopped being a customer, I know why the mention settings can't make 'everyone' (have you ever seen a repost story whose account is followed by this cafe's IG account a.k.a a friend?)
My advice, if you want to do business, please be able to differentiate between personal and business matters, that can't be the way to do it, try to learn from others so that you can be better, it's not good to be selfish. Yes, how do you want to grow if you don't welcome new people?
Maybe it's enough to order one time at grab food, yes, the one who wanted to come to the place, because of this experience, it's too lazy.
