★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaringan Simpati parah sekali bila kuota sudah dibawah 700MB. Dan sering kali terjadi gangguan sinyal bila malam hari. Menganggu kenyamanan pelanggan apabila sedang saat2 urgent memerlukan sinyal yang stabil. Sangat mengecewakan dengan tarif kuota yang lebih mahal dari operator lain namun jaringan tidak lebih baik.
Severe Sympathy network once when the quota is below 700MB. And signal interference often occurs at night. Disturbing the comfort of the customer when it is saat2 urgent need stable signal. Very disappointing to quota tariffs are more expensive than other operators, but the network is not better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dilayani dengan baik saat setibanya disana. Kebetulan ga ada konsumen lain yang ada disana, jadi langsung dilayani. Prosesnya lumayan cepet +/- 30 menit dan kartu juga diupgrade dari 3G ke 4G oleh mereka. Syaratnya cuma yang penting kartunya belum didaftarkan sebagai m-banking. Jika kartu sudah didaftarkan m-banking, harus ke grapari di Tang. City.
