The cooker hood is broken, the service center is not called "... after the sales service was disappointing. I won't use Tognogas products again. Even though it's expensive, I bought it ... bad experience ever!

said the technician who came to my house, my techonogas stove was automatically broken & was promised to order the spare parts, this had been more than 2 months, several times I called the Technogas office, the spare parts were still not there either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati2 untuk kulkas brand tech..s kalo rusak akan repot, service centrenya nggak bs memberi kepastian kapan mao dikerjakan, kapan mao di tarik, ketus pula pada saat ditelp dan tanpa solusi, kurang profesional
Be careful for a tech..s brand refrigerator if it breaks it will be a hassle, the service center can't tell you exactly when to do it, when to pull it out, curt when you call and without a solution, not professional
