★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tv sya TCL 50a10, tiba2 mati sudah telp cs dan tunggu 1 minggu teknisi nya datang ke rmh, pas di cek ternyata panel nya yg rusak dan tv di suruh bawa ke service center ini. Setelah di bawa sendiri bsk nya, ternyata pekerjaan nya lumayan cepat 1 jam selesai.
Tv bisa kembali di bawa ke rmh, untuk biaya free karena garansi panel 3 thn.
Terima kasih pak Eko (teknisi) yg sudah memperbaiki tv saya..????
My TV is TCL 50a10, suddenly it died, the cs phone call and waiting 1 week for the technician to come to the house, when I checked it turned out that the panel was damaged and the tv was ordered to take it to the service center. After bringing the bsk itself, it turns out that the work is quite fast in 1 hour.
The TV can be brought back to the house, for free fees because the panel warranty is 3 years.
Thank you Mr. Eko (technician) for repairing my tv..????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Petugasnya ramah, baik, sopan dan komunikatif.
- Servis bisa ditunggu (tergantung kerusakan). Kebetulan, kerusakan TV saya layar berkedip, jadi cuma repair setengah jam selesai.
- TCL = TOP BGT???
- The staff is friendly, kind, polite and communicative.
- Service can be awaited (depending on the damage). Incidentally, the damage to my TV screen flickered, so only half an hour of repair was completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken LCD only after 2 months. It had warranty but their customer service was slow and complicated. It took forever just to have their technician inspect the TV. Second time I called their customer service, the person I spoke to cut me off while explaining the TV situation with a sentence "Can you call me back later, I wanna go have lunch". What kind of customer service is that??
