Bahwa kami melarang bagian pengiriman barang meminta 'uang jasa' kepada kosumen. Tindakan oknum tsb adalah pelanggaran.
Maka tolong infokan ke kami kapan, di mana, atau ciri2 oknum yg melakukan, sehingga bisa dilakukan perbaikan internal.
Komplain ttg pelayanan bisa melalui via WA/ Telpon toko.
Informasi Bapak/Ibu sangat kami hargai.
