★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissappointed. I paid 1 million for three photos framed on a hard cover, i took the photos on my campus after graduation ceremony was finished, i know it was crowded, but for the sake of quality, the staff should've inform me if the photos didn't turn out well (a.k a i was trying to stop my self from laughing instead of smiling like the rest of my family, thus my face was weird). I had to wait for more than a month, i thought the photos would be great since nobody informed me otherwise. Graduation is a once in a lifetime event, i wish your staff would've put more effort and care into it instead of trying to speed things up because the venue was crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for adding masterpieces to your albums or wall-frames. High quality photos and services makes this place a highly recommended place. Will give 5 star of they sort out their queue system, as for now there are none (first come first serve).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow response, long queue and unfriendly staff. It was my first visit, and it was on Sunday late afternoon. Not many people but i had to wait for 30minutes before getting my turn to select my graduation photos. There were many staff free actually. Too bad the a great reputation doesn't come with good standard of service. Please improve.
