★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandi rice with a 1/4 chicken was good. The chicken was tender and the spice tasted nice. But was expecting a larger size of the chicken. Mandi rice was nice. There’s a quite good wifi connection available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place offers delicious Arabic dishes, mainly roasted chicken and shawarma. It is open for dine in or takeaway. The staffs implement the COVID-19 health protocol greatly.
The first time I bought the roasted chicken, the taste wasn't really strong like it should be. However, as time goes by, it really gets better! Also, their hummus is perhaps the best hummus I've ever had; thick and not oily at all. Their Arabic salad and garlic mayonnaise are good too.
Recently, they add samosas to their menu. I tried the Beef Samosa and it is really delicious. The samosas are really packed with minced beef.
Tarbush also implements the COVID-19 protocol greatly. All stafs wear masks and hair nets. They have a wash basin outside for visitors. They also require visitors to check in via PeduliLindungi app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well well well, i am kinda disappointed, i just knew that there is a new Arabic resto is opening in Yogyakarta and came all the way to try it, but honestly the food is far away to deserve that visit, the rice is so standard and has a lack of flavors and the shawerma sandwiches are horribly dry and not as i expected as a lover of shawerma although i bought a lot. The prices aren’t bad. the location is pretty nice, the vibe and decorations are simple but so far so good, i heard a lot of Egyptian music and it made me happy as an egyptian, there is a small corner to take a pics as well. So far it’s a one time visit..
