★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the outside it looks like a very well behaved and mannered school, but it's actually the opposite. The teachers aren't the best at teaching. The environment probably makes you feel like you have to act cautious which means you can't act free or like yourself. The students aren’t the best, they are impolite, bad mannered, and how they act in general is not the best. What Tarakanita is only good at is their facilities and uniforms but this doesn't mean their gonna use it right. I really hate how the students always feel like their the best even though that's how Tarki wants you to act they just simply look stuck up and rude. If you want your students to look very clean and proper on the outside but very egotistic and possibly rude on the inside I encourage you to enrol them in Tarki. But, based on my experience Tarki had made me cry every single day possibly leading me to ..., the biggest reason I feel like this is because of the students in my class but everything else like the studies and teachers are also part of the reason. Tarki is too strict to the point you feel like you're being controlled as if you are a puppet / marionette. Their rules are too much, simply making you not able to express yourself. Though it is important for growth, the rules in Tarki aren't very fair therefore forcing you to become another person. + The friends here aren't gonna be your friends for life because there is gonna be so much bitter memories. Though the alumni are proud of being part of Tarki even forming their own organisation, the 3 years you'll spend won't be very worth it. Since, there has been a fair share of positive reviews for Tarki I hope this negative review helps let's just say this review is kinda telling us the "truth" about enrolling in Tarki. About 17years ago I entered this school with lots of positive expectation, to improve myself, nurture my talent and interest, because it was famous of it's performing arts like theater and marching band back then. But, I got none of those, that nonsense seniority thing that they r proud of, I never like that, I never do that, the students of grade 11 and 12 normally smashed the confidence of the grade 10 students. The grade 10 had to lower their head like seeing a king when any older grade pass through, the grade 10th were not allowed to wear sweaters/jackets when there were grade 11-12students. And many more unpleasant experience when I was there. I don't know the conditions now. Hope it has gotten better.
