Untuk harga kamar 1juta, uang air 25rbu dan listrik diluar itu. Biasanya saya perbulan total sekitar 1,2
Menurut saya itu sudah murah sekali dengan fasilitas seperti itu.
Dilarang membawa tamu menginap, kalo terpaksa harus bayar 50rbu perhari
Kosan ini sendiri terdiri dari dua rumah, yang satunya untuk laki laki satu lg untuk perempuan dan kosan khurus utk karyawan yaa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi kos strategis. Dekat dengan kampus sehingga banyak penjual makanan murah. Kamar luas, fasilitas AC , spring bed, meja kerja, sayang tidak ada TV LED dan WiFi. Parkir terbatas untuk motor. Dekat Indomaret, Burger King, Ace Hardware. Kamar banyak, ada gedung untuk penghuni laki-laki dan perempuan terpisah.
Strategic boarding location. Close to campus so many cheap food vendors. The room is spacious, has AC facilities, spring bed, work desk, unfortunately there is no LED TV and WiFi. Limited parking for motorbikes. Near Indomaret, Burger King, Ace Hardware. The rooms are many, there is a building for separate male and female residents.
