★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas skck yg ibu2 kacamata galaknya najis tralala. Sangat tidak sesuai dengan slogan polisi yg "mengayomi dan melayani". Padahal ane cuma nanya2 doang syarat2 bikin skck sama durasi prosesnya doang. Eh jawabnya ketus banget kek ngomelin narapidana. ?
 Skck's clerk whose mother's glasses are fierce. It is very incompatible with the police slogan that "nurtures and serves". Even though I just asked me what the conditions made skck were the same as the duration of the process. Uh, the answer is really cruel, so cruel inmate. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mungkin pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan.....tunjukkan polisi sebagai pengayom masyarakat tanpa membedakan warga yg datang.
Maybe the service can be improved ..... show the police as protecting the community without distinguishing the residents who come.

Saya benar-benar meminta tolong kepada bapak/ibu di tempat karena aksi geng motor di bogor kota semakin meresahkan kami...
Semoga ada tindak lanjut kembali tepatnya di jalan ahmad yani, padjajaran,kebon pedas & sekitarnya....
Saya mengirim pesan ini karena semalam tepatnya malam jumat (28,11,2019)hampir terjadi dengan saya...
Jangan melalui patroli saja yang di perbanyak tetapi saya harap bapak/ibu bisa di pakai sistem jebak...
Karena bila pakai sistem patroli pasti mereka tahu ada patroli lewat & patroli tidak tahu mereka..
Karena semalam/malam jumat jam 00.27 (28-11-2019)saya sedang memberikan mobil sewa'n yang tergores oleh motor di pinggir jalan tepatnya di jalan kebon pedas...
Saya hanya berdua(saya & adik saya)
Tidak lama kemudian datang/berhenti tepatnya di sebrang jalan lebih dari 15 motor dan mereka tidak ada berhenti melihat arah ke saya dan adik saya,ada sebagian yang di bonceng pada turun dari motor lalu mencari batu2 (memang dekat mereka berhenti itu banyak batu2 taman tepatnya di sekolahan SDN 3 & 5 bondes/kebon pedes)...
Karena saya memikirkan keselamatan mobil sewa dan keselamatan saya bersama adik,saya langsung berfikir berangkat tidak perduli apa yang terjadi..
Dan mereka itu sampai saya berangkat masih tetap melihatnya
Dan allah masih melindungi saya dan adik saya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini saya ngurus kehilangan buku tabungan bos saya,kata bos bisa di wakilin...sampe sana saya udah di suguhin petugas yg yg trlihat kesel dorong kursi pake kaki pas di depan saya bgt, pas giliran saya dia nanya "mau apa" nada rada keras saya jawab mau ngurus surat kehilangan buku tabungan punya bos saya,di sini pointnya jujur syaa blum faham kalo ga bisa di wakilin harusnya di kasih penjelasan langsung, kenapa beliau minta no rekening bos saya ketika saya udah minta dia bilang ga bisa di wakilin, dengan ngasih penjelasan panjang lebar pake nunjuk muka saya dengan nada keras yg menurut saya kurang beradab & ga beretika,kalo pelayanan seperti ini di di tunjukan sayang sekali citra polsek tanah sareal jatoh. Padahal polsek tanah sareal ada di wilayah rt/rw 01 cimanggis tempat saya tinggal...kita ga bisa saling ramah apa?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya pelayanan kurang,mengapa karena ketika buat surat kehilangan dan sesuai menpan terkait lokasi terdekat. Malah disuruh ke polsek sukaraja, udah tau lokasinya lebih deket ke polsek sini, terus kehilangannya langsung disasumsikan suratnya ada dirumah saya, sgt aneh pelayanannya lebih tau daripada masyrakatnya. Hadeuh.
In my opinion, the service is lacking, why is it because when I made the letter I lost and accordingly the menpan was related to the closest location. In fact, I was told to go to the Sukaraja police station, I already knew the location was closer to the police station here, then I lost it, it was immediately assumed that the letter was in my house, it was strange that the service knew better than the community. Hadeuh.
