A small station that very rarely stops trains to get passengers up and down ... at best for crossing trains especially if you pass the executive train ...

Stasiun Tambak yang terletak pada ketinggian +19 m DPL termasuk dalam Daerah Operasi V Purwokerto. Saat ini Stasiun Tambak hanya melayani persilangan dan persusulan antar kereta api saja, dan belum dioperasikan untuk menaikkan/menurunkan penumpang.
Pada setiap kali terjadi persilangan atau persusulan, stasiun ini akan memutar lagu Di Tepinya Sungai Serayu.
Tambak Station (TBK) is a class III (small) train station located in Karangpucung village, Tambak District, Banyumas, Central Java Province 53196.
Tambak Station which is located at an altitude of +19 m DPL is included in the Purwokerto V Operational Area. Currently Tambak Station only serves crosses and drafts between trains, and has not been operated to raise / lower passengers.
Every time a crossing occurs, the station will play the song on the banks of the Serayu River.
