A. akses masuk hanya dari perempatan KFC jl Duri Kosambi, yg macetnya luar biasa setiap hari karena jalannya yg kecil dan sering terkunci karena saling serobot pada perempatan.
B. jalan di dalam kompleks banyak yang ditutup, antar blok tidak menyambung.
C. jalan relatif hancur yang menuju ke Blok J
D. bibir jalan blok H longsor karena terletak di pinggir kali.
E. kalau hujan, kompleks ini pasti banjir.
F. Intiland sedang mengembangkan cluster baru yg diberi nama Virya Semanan yg dipasarkan 2,5 M dan menurut saya sangat overpriced dan gila kalau laku karena:
1. Tanah Virya Semanan sudah pernah dipasang plang dijual sebelum akhirnya diputuskan dibangun sendiri oleh Intiland
2. Akses masuk ke Taman Semanan Indah sangat tidak elite, hanya bisa melalui Jl Duri Kosambi yg muat dua mobil dengan arus dua arah.
3. 90% kondisi lalu lintas sebelum bisa masuk ke Taman Semanan Indah selalu macet di Perempatan KFC, bisa terkunci berjam-jam kalau parah.
4. Letak Virya Semanan dekat dengan rel KA, sehingga untuk penghuninya nanti akan mendengar suara KA lewat setiap 15 menit sekali.
5. Jalan di depan Virya Semanan merupakan jalan umum yg banyak dilewati warga kampung, dan dekat di seberang Apartemen Semanan banyak terdapat cafe - cafe tempat nongkrong warga kampung

1. Virya Semanan's land had already been put up with a sign for sale before it was finally decided to build it by Intiland
2. Access to Taman Semanan Indah is not elite, it can only be through Jl Duri Kosambi which can fit two cars with two-way traffic.
3. 90% of the traffic conditions before entering Taman Semanan Indah are always jammed at the KFC intersection, can be locked for hours if it is severe.
4. The location of Virya Semanan is close to the railroad tracks, so that residents will hear the sound of the train passing every 15 minutes.
5. The road in front of Virya Semanan is a public road that many villagers pass, and close to the opposite side of the Semanan Apartment there are many cafes where villagers hang out
