- Tenang dan nyaman. Meski termasuk maaih dekat dengan pusat kota namun suasana di perumahan ini tenang dan nyaman, jaugmh dari kebisingan.
- Religius. Perumahan ini mempunyai mushola yang cukup besar, bersih dan nyaman untuk melakukan sembahyang di dalamnya.
