Tidak jauh dari gerbang Komplek ada Aula untuk pernikahan, Aula Mahadaya dan dalam jarak 100 M sudah bisa menemukan Indomaret. Komplek ini sangat ramah anak terdapat taman bermain minimalis yang dilengkapi dengan kolam ikan mini. Fasilitas lainnya ada aula kecil untuk pertemuan warga. Dari segi keamanannya 24 jam penjagaan, cctv dimana mana dan one gate system. Sanitasi cukup baik. Kebersihan pun sangat baik.
