Taman tidak terlalu besar, namun suasana disini sejuk, adem, dan nyaman. Cocok bagi orang-orang pengendara untuk berhenti dan beristirahat sejenak. Tempat ini juga cocok untuk tempat bermain anak-anak. Jadi bagi orang tua yang ingin mengajak anaknya untuk bermain di taman Hangtuah ini.
Tempat ini juga digunakan oleh ibu-ibu setempat untuk melakukan olahraga senam bersama. Biasanya saya melihat kegiatan senam bersama ini di hari Minggu pagi. Namun dijadwal, dikatakan bahwasanya senam bersama ini juga dilakukan pada hari Selasa dan Kamis pagi.
Ditempat ini juga ada keran air yang dapat digunakan oleh umum untuk mencuci tangan, kaki, muka, dll. Suasana disini juga tidak terlalu bising dengan suara kendaraan umum maupun kendaraan pribadi, kecuali di jam-jam pulang kerja.
