Unless they belong to Pasukan Oranye who are taking care of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for jogging or cycling. It's quite cool here because they have so many trees around this park. But this park is really crowded by peoples when it's weekends, especially at early evening because there will be so many food stalls here.
The best time for jogging or cycling in this park is at early morning or before 7AM.
