Lokasi perumahan strategis, ditepi jalan utama. Diseberang perumahan terdapat sekolah Al Azhar, gedung PGRI kota Depok dan gedung Pramuka kwartir cabang kota Depok.
Mau ke alun-alun depok bisa sambil jalan santai maupun bersepeda ria.
Taman Alamanda II is located on Jl. Boulevard Raya Grand Depok City.
Strategic housing location, beside the main road. Across from the housing there is the Al Azhar school, the PGRI building in Depok and the Depok branch of the Pramuka quartir building.
If you want to go to the Depok square, you can go for a leisurely walk or ride a bicycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamannya bagus, ada ayunan sama jungkat jungkitnya juga. Tempatnya dipenuhi rumput, jadi cocok kalo ajak anak anak balita main disini. Tapi tetep harus hati hati juga. Luasnya sama kaya taman alamanda 2 cuman beda wahana mainannya aja. Banyak pohon pohon juga jadi adem gak terlalu panas. Kalo bisa ajak anak anak kesini pas pagi. Karena menurut saya lebih seger
