★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We expected a nice experience since the view is really nice. Surrounded by lake and clear air. But far from expectations,
- it takes 2 hours to be seated since there were not that many table compared to visitors
- we cannot put reservations for under 20 visitors on weekend so we need to come to the restaurant to put our name on waiting lists
- Not to mention a bad managing of waiting lists. We put our name to be called and seated but there still people who take the table without even waiting and the workers just do nothing about it
- we expected a nice experience while dining surrounded by lake but in reality the floor easily shakes when people walk so i got dizzy easily
- other disappointing thing that there is nothing special with the food (and too salty), meanwhile we expected good food after those bad services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always busy on Sunday, not easy to get parking lot, be ready for average 1 hour queue after registration…. They sell various snacks and ice cream at the waiting area. The food here are nice. The ambience is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has location advantage, it lies on a brink of big pond, which could be beautiful.
It's not easy to access the restaurant for the first timer, because lack of direction to the restaurant.
The taste of several food is ok, such as daging gepuk, tahu isi or sop kambing. But the nasi liwet tastes like plain steamed rice.
The have many seafood menus, but all that we tried was disappointing. The grilled prawn was served cold, and so was the calamary (hard to bite too).
They have many staffs with good uniform, but we didn't feel be served warmly.
There was no water on the washing basin and the toilet were just few rooms and very dirty, we thought that it's not decent enough for a big restaurant like this.
With the high level price like this, we would reconsider three or four times before coming back again.
The scenery has potential and the restaurant is big, you can try a visit for the scenery and the size only.

Unfortunately, we have to bury the excitement and high expectations. The place is nice, but the taste of the food is average, the waiting time is long, and the price is not worth it all. The owner of this place needs to improve his service management and food orders. Also, the cleanliness of the place.
