Saya yakin akan ramai lagi kalau dalamnya ber-AC
 A place to shop for clothes and baby knick-knacks, quite spacious and even more comfortable if you use AC... hehe
I'm sure it will be crowded again if it's air-conditioned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entah siapa yang salah. Yang pasti ini bener-bener bikin kecewa.
Jadi, kemarin malam ceritanya beli mainan buat anak ditoko T*juro cabang rajeg.
Pas beli ga sempet dicek dulu, sampai rumah pun ga langsung dibuka. Pagi nya baru mau dibuka, ternyata udah ada bagian yang rusak. Nah barusan mau minta tuker. Ketemu pegawai laki-laki. Saya tanya dan jelasin kalau mainanya rusak, bisa tuker ga? Bisa bu..
Ambil lah mainan yang baru dan beda. Harganya pun beda dari yang sebelumnya. Balik lagi ke pegawai yang tadi. "Mas tuker ini aja, gpp nnti sy tambah kekurangannya". Mas nya lgsg ngarahin ke kasir. Sampe kasir, saya jelasin ulang. Si kasir minta bukti pembayaran. Nah sedangkan kemarin belanja ga dikasih bukti pembayaran. Karena bayar pakai uang pas. Kasir nya kekeh ga mau tau. Sy minta kasirnya buat cek aja dikomputer kalau memang ga percaya. Trs dia dtg lagi. Dan bilang " Maaf bu meskipun bukti dikomputernya ada tp kalau ga ada bukti pembayaran ttp ga bisa dituker, kalau mau tuker barang yang sama." sedangkan anaknya ga mau, mau mainan yang lain. Terus gimana?
Salah siapa? Saya belanja ga dikasih bukti pembayaran, skrg tuker barang suruh tunjukin bukti pembayaran. Ngaco ga tuh.
Akhirnya, karena udah kelewat kesel. Sy pergi dan tinggalin. Mainannya. Kasir nya ngejar. " bu. Ini mainan nya dibawa lagi". "ga usah mas, anak saya juga ga mau". Kasirnya jawab "kalau anak ibu ga mau, ibu bisa kasiin ke saudara/tetangga".
Ga banyak omong saya langsung pergi tanpa bawa pulang mainan yang udah dibayar.
Kecewa, bukan sekali 2 kali ke t*juro tp baru kali ini bikin kecewa sama pelayanannya.
I don't know who's at fault. This is definitely a disappointment.
So, last night the story was about buying toys for children at the Rajeg branch of the T*juro shop.
When I bought it, I didn't even check it first, until the house didn't open right away. The next morning, when I was about to open it, it turned out that there were already damaged parts. Well, I just wanted to ask for an exchange. Meet the male employee. I asked and explained that if the toy is damaged, can you exchange it or not? Can ma'am..
Take a toy that is new and different. The price is different from the previous one. Back to the previous employee. "Just exchange this, it's okay, I'll add the shortage later". The mas immediately directs it to the cashier. Until the cashier, I explain again. The cashier asked for proof of payment. Well, while yesterday's shopping was not given proof of payment. Because you pay with cash. The cashier doesn't want to know. I asked the cashier to just check on the computer if you don't believe it. Then he came again. And said "Sorry ma'am, even though there is evidence on the computer, but if there is no proof of payment, it can't be exchanged, if you want to exchange the same item." while the child doesn't want it, wants another toy. So, what's next?
Whose fault? When I shopped, I was not given proof of payment, now when I exchanged goods, I was told to show proof of payment. It's okay.
Finally, because it's too late. I go and leave. The game. The cashier chased. "Mom. Here's the toy brought again". "You don't have to, my son doesn't want it either." The cashier replied "if your child doesn't want it, you can give it to your relatives/neighbors".
Not much to say, I just left without bringing home the toys that had been paid for.
Disappointed, not once or twice to t*juro but only this time I was disappointed with the service.
