★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in bojongsari, at the border of depok, south tangerang and bogor. Actually, the location is very strategic. Also, the traffic in this area is not so crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most expensive cluster beside nirwana is gilimanuk but the facts that too close to chicken poultry farm (smells not so good) then the water pump deep (original from developer) is less than 10meters which implies the water come is quite dirty (the water can't be drink). Also the maintenance charged (compared with similiar housing development the IPL/service charge is the highest in Depok area)
