Satisfied with the service, friendly and comfortable. Patches for cavities are quite large, the results are steady, neat and durable. It's been 2 years and I haven't felt pain anymore. Thank you t'oot'h fairy

Pengalaman pertama saya untuk pemasangan bracket, saya sudah daftar by WA dengan antrian no.3 keterangan buka jam 18.30, jadi saya kesana sekitar jam 7 karena saya fikir ada no antrian 1 dan 2 dulu. Ternyata sampai jam 21.30 saya tidak dipanggil sampai sepi tidak ada orang hanya ada saya saja dari ramai sampai sepi. Saya tanya alasan kenapa, jawabannya karena jika terlambat antrian akan ditaruh paling akhir menurut saya its not logic anymore, karena teman saya cerita saat kesitu sudah daftar by WA dan dia dipanggil duluan saat datang dibanding yang lain. Pertanyaan saya jadi antrian based on apa WA atay tulis tangan?
My first experience for mounting brackets, I registered by WA with queue no. 3, information opens at 18.30, so I went there around 7 because I thought there were queue numbers 1 and 2 first. It turned out that until 21.30 I was not called until it was quiet there was no one there, it was just me from crowded to quiet. I asked the reason why, the answer was because if you are late, the queue will be placed last. I think its not logic anymore, because my friend told me that when he was there, he was already registered by WA and he was called first when he arrived compared to the others. My question is the queue based on what WA or handwriting?

Pelayanan super duper jelek , gunanya booking via WA itu apa ? Kalo yang dipanggil tetep yang datang duluan dan belum booking . Udah gitu dateng jam 7 dilayanin jam 10 malem , padahal ada ibu2 baru dateng langsung dipanggil . Kecewa parah sih . Udah gitu dokternya ngga minta maaf dan terus ngebelain adminnya . Ngga profesional . No recomended banget
Super duper bad service, what's the point of booking via WA? Those who are called are the ones who come first and haven't booked yet. That's it, coming at 7 is served at 10 at night, even though there are new mothers who just came and were immediately called. Really disappointed. After all, the doctor did not apologize and continued to defend the admin. Not professional. Not really recommended

Untuk pengunjung yang pertama kali datang, saya kecewa. Saya & istri datang sekitar pukul 17.30 untuk mendaftar dengan mengisi buku tamu (yang bertuliskan: tamu yang baru datang harap diisi. Dan ya di meja respsionis tidak ada siapapun), dan saya datang kembali pada pukul 18.30 untuk perawatan. Tapi istri saya tidak dilayani dengan alasan harus daftar via WA. Saya salah karena saya tidak mendaftar lewat WA, tp yang saya sayangkan ketika saya datang pada pukul 17.30 saya tidak di edukasi/ di bimbing untuk daftar via WA. Padahal dipintu ada orang yang berbaju perawat (mereka ada di pintu yg kemudian ditutup, bukan di meja resepsionis)
For a first time visitor, I was disappointed. My wife & I came around 17.30 to register by filling out the guest book (which reads: new guests please fill in. And yes at the reception desk there is no one), and I came back at 18.30 for treatment. But my wife was not served on the grounds that she had to register via WA. I was wrong because I didn't register via WA, but what I regret when I arrived at 17.30 I wasn't educated/guided to register via WA. Even though at the door there was a person dressed as a nurse (they were at the door which was then closed, not at the reception desk)

Nambal gigi patah ,bagus sih hasilnya tp besoknya udah krowak/copot lagi tu tambalan alhasil balik lagi benerin eh baru 2 minggu udah copot lagi.mau dteng lagi udah males,kcewa. Dan wktu itu yang nanganin bukan dr okta tp dokter lain gak tau siapa namanya. Krn tiap mau sm dokter okta ,beliaun tdk ada.heran gak prnha ada tu kmana gtu.
The filling for the broken tooth was good, the results were good, but the next day it cracked/dislodged again, the filling came back again, corrected it, it's only been 2 weeks, it's come off again. I want to come again, I'm lazy, disappointed. And at that time, it was not Dr. Okta who handled it, but the other doctor didn't know his name. Because every time I want to go to Doctor Okta, he isn't there. I'm surprised it's never been there, where is that?
