CS service is slow to queue for 2 hours just to activate m banking, there are only 8 seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari Jumat ternyata jam 12 sampai jam satu tutup pas buka di google keteranganya buka eh nyampe sini jam stgah 1 ternyata tutup dan yang paling buruk itu suruh nunggu di luar panas2 an g ada tempat duduk setengah jam nunggu di luar berdiri sambil panas2an kalo emg buat ibadah solat Jumat g pa2 tapi kalou untuk teler perempuan emg iya solat Jumat juga... Masyalloh kita nasabah g di hargai sekali ...semoga bisa buat koreksi ulasan nasabah terimaksh..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pengalamannya disini CS nya ramah banget, berbanding terbalik dengan Teller No.5 yang kurang ramah dan jutek.
the experience here is that the CS is very friendly, in contrast to Teller No. 5 who is less friendly and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan bank paling buruk pernah saya alami . baru kejadian nunggu sampe 2 jam cuma layanin 3 orang aja lama banget. padahal ada 2 teller .. buka blokiran mbanking gak sukses . masih terblokir . buat saran customer yg lain mending cari lokasi cabang yg lain .
worst bank service I've ever experienced. it just happened that waiting for up to 2 hours only took 3 people to serve. even though there were 2 tellers .. opening the bank block didn't work. still blocked. make suggestions for other customers, it's better to find another branch location.
