★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at strategic place close to Duren Kalibata Station, Kalibata City Square, Apartment Kalibata, and Plaza Kalibata. It is also close to busway stop. The view from room is beautiful. The food is ok with helpful staff ready to serve. It also has small pool on 3rd floor and garden at GF.
To me, one drawback is the faucet as I find it difficult to use when my hand is soapy. I suggest the management to change the faucet to save water.
The place is noisy as you can hear train signal and train sound from the station, which can be heard from 4.30am to 9pm. At least you can sleep well during the night.
The interior design is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasent stay. The staff was very helpful especially two of the officers, Mr. Adi and Mr. Rafshan. They were really friendly, kind, and been a great help. In addition, the place was clean and has a good view (I was on the 1628).

However the hotel is declared as 4 stars, but it can be given a maximum of 3. The rooms have dirty carpets, the feeling that they have not been vacuumed for a year. The rooms are stuffy and the air conditioning does not work. The staff does not speak English well.
The good: Transfer from the airport and the staff is very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad side: We booked a room with details of a non smoking room, high floor and double bed. But when we arrived at the hotel, we were given a smoking room on the grounds of availability, the smoking room for looked dirty and smelly, then we asked to move and find a room according to our initial order. Please pay more attention to the smoking room area.
Good side: For non smoking rooms, the room is clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff (Mr. Arrul) is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, still the best for a 4 star hotel.
