★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a neighbourhood public swimming pool it's okay-ish. Idk about the female one, but the male changing room needs to be renovated / cleaned / repainted tho, it's full of graffiti and gives you this unsettling feeling by just being there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, considering it's a public pool. I only go on weekdays, but even if there's lots of people, the pool's generally big enough for everyone. Most people seem to come for sunbathing, and I do both -- an efficient way to get my laps in and soak up some sun.
My only issue with the place is the (unsurprisingly) gross shower facilities and annoying lockers (if you accidentally lock yourself out of your locker, good luck -- staff won't give you a new quarter, so perhaps carry an extra). The vast majority of people don't shower before getting into the pool, or if they do, they don't do it properly... which is par for the course, I suppose, but still makes me prefer the pools at U of T, even if this one is local for me.
Otherwise, the water is generally kept warmer than most pools -- which could be uncomfortable for some people, especially on a hot day.
