I don't really mind about mix track between recreational swimmers and professional one, due to its economic rates. You just need to pay Rp.10.000 to enter the gate, and additional Rp.2.000 for parking your motor cycle.
Unfortunately, it ain't open till 9pm, as I remember few years back..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable entry, considerably clean pool, showing its age. This public pool is famous for its 7 meter deep pool in the middle, used for diving class. A great place to exercise if you need a different kind of exercising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap (15.000 IDR) and Clean. My favorite is the 7 meters deep pool, but it's crowded after 3PM and many people only stay at the pool side soaking in the water so it's a little hard to swim over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge swimming pool well known to the people of Yogyakarta. People go here to swim because of its complete facilities and its cleanness. The swimming pool also offers many different depths, so it can be used by amateurs to pros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities here are very good, except the locker for the visitor which unfortunately they dont provide at the time i visited the pool.
The shower and changing room for men is clean (don't know about the ladies though).
And they have several pools with different depths that can suit your need, the 7m pool actually has a bit of sand on the bottom of the pool, but the rest of the area is clean.
They have lifeguard post also, so i think the safety here is reliable. And they also have the high diving platform.
