★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and drink is so so, the place is instragamable, the AC is leaked and the water fell on the floor and the worst thing is the services, me and my GF should wait for 2 hours only for 2 waffles and some drinks, what the heck? The only thing i like is the area of this cafe(well, thanks to lippo mall group).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice aesthetics, coffee and snacks were okay but the customer service was not that nice. The cashier lady is supposedly the owner but she was not estatic to receive customer. I was friendly to her, but she didn't even smile or say 'welcome, what would you like to order?' or 'thanks' or 'please wait' or other basic manners you know. She looks like she hates receiving more orders as it means her free time is over. It is a shame as besides the non existense customer service, everything else is fine.
I mean for the price we're paying, the least we can receive is basic manners. Idk if she is having a bad day or what. But it's her bussiness yo, she should have cared more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a small cafe, with simple yet interesting decor. I like the hot mochaccino, it was not too strong but the creaminess & sweetness was just right. Croffle was medium-sized, taste just so-so but the topping was tasty. The garlic bread was hard, but taste good. Tasted garlicky & buttery and a bit sweet
