★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan lah cmn ibu2 yng ngurus pendaftaran dll agak judes cuek cmn sebenernya baik. Klo servis dsini siap2 lama nunggu 3_4 jam an.
Not bad, because the mothers who take care of registration etc. are a bit bitchy, they are ignorant, they are actually good. If the service here is ready, wait 3_4 hours a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mekaniknya perlu belajar lebih bersemangat, menguasai tiap motor. Pengalaman motor matikku 2014 ritting mati total, dipreteli smua body, frustasi kebingungan dimana letaknya flasher..
Untung sy gabung dikomunitas Suzuki, dijelaskan dan akhirnya ganti sendiri cm 10 menit.., sampai rekan komunitas pada geleng2, gmn manajemen Suzuki.. letak flasher aja bingung 1 jam utak atik ga ketemu.. ? semoga lebih baik lagi kedepannya...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teknisi yang bener cuma 1. Yang dua lagi ada bapak2 tua berseragam suzuki tapi cuma numpang duduk-duduk sambil ngajak ngobrol teknisinya. Udah jadi bengkel umum, mungkin saking ga lakunya, obeng dan perlengkapan lain juga diobral.
Kasirnya ibu-ibu tidak ramah, saya datang pukul 12.45 mau daftar servis tapi dia baru ada pukul 13.40. Mengecewakan, padahal dulu salah satu bengkel suzuki terbaik.
