★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya kurang banget beda sama kompotitornya saya tanya bisa debit atau tidak malah dapet jawaban yg ngga enak dari mekaniknya karna sih kasirnya ngga tau hanya bisa tunai/cash
The service is not very different from the competitors, I asked if it could be debited or not, I even got a bad answer from the mechanic because the cashier didn't know that it could only be cash

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lebih baik cari bengkel yang lebih berpengalaman dengan model satria, service terkesan asal cepat selesai. Penjelasan terkait komplainan juga terkesan yang penting cepat selesai saja. Jadi motor selesai diservice seperti motor yang penting bisa hidup dan digunakan. Tidak rekomen sekali
It's better to look for a more experienced workshop with a knight model, the service seems as long as it's finished quickly. The explanation regarding the complaint also seemed important, it was completed quickly. So the motor has been serviced like a motorbike that is important to be able to live and be used. Not recommend at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak recomended.. pelayanannya jelek bgt dan gk ramah smsekali.. hari ini tgl 4-Des-2021 saya kesana berniat utk benerin motor smash saya yg mesinnya terdengar kasar, baru jg nyampe mekaniknya udh bilang "Wah ini harus diganti semua, ongkosnya aja 300rb blm yg lain²nya, kalo mau suaranya halus mungkin bisa sampe 1jt.an lebih" "mending duitnya dikumpulin dulu Mas sampe cukup" pdhl blm jg di cek², terkesan merendahkan customer.. gk lagi² dateng kesini cukup sekali aja??
Very not recommended.. the service is really bad and not friendly at all.. today on 4-Dec-2021 I was there intending to fix my smash motorbike whose engine sounded rough, just arrived the mechanic already said "Wow, this has to be replaced all, just the cost 300 thousand not the others, if you want the sound to be smooth maybe up to 1 million more" "it's better to collect the money first, Mas until it's enough" even though it hasn't been checked yet, it seems like it's condescending to the customer.. it's no longer enough to come here once

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kualitas pengerjaan paling mantab nih, montirnya bener2 total dalam menangani perbaikan. Skywave 125 saya jadi full sehat lagi karena dihandle di bengkel resmi Suzuki taman palem ini. Recommended lah teknisinya.
The quality of workmanship is the best, the mechanic is really total in handling repairs. My Skywave 125 is completely healthy again because it is handled at the official Suzuki Taman Palm workshop. The technician is recommended.

The crew here isn’t really nice, but they get the job done, they’re also better stocked with spare parts ( no need to wait 2 weeks for parts )
The waiting room isn’t air conditioned so it won’t be as comfortable as the Cengkareng branch.
