★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TIDAK AKAN KEMBALI & TDK MEREKOMENDASIKAN CAFE INI KE REKAN LAIN. Kami pesan bbrp menu antara lain rice bowl & chicken wings spicy namun untuk chicken wings spicy yg datang malah ayam paha bawah spicy. Lalu kami komplain lgsung ke waiternya & dibilangi jika tdk suka bisa dicancel. (Sebenernya bkn suka tidaknya, namun yg kami pesan chicken wings bukan paha bwh)
Karna kami kelaparan akhirnya kami minta disamakan aja dgn rekan saya yg mana beliau pesan ricebowl (tampilan rice bowl milik rekan saya berisi ayam katsu, irisan sosis, lalap, serta saos sambal dipisah ditaruh mangkok kecil lain). Setelah nunggu akhirnya diantar & beda sekali dg milik rekan saya yg mana bukan rice bowl seperti pesanan awal.
Dibuktikan dg ayamnya beda. Satu bentuk chicken katsu, milik saya bentuk ayam remuk mirip ayam geprek, isiannya bukan sosis melainkan isisan bakso ikan putih dan gkjadi mslah namun bukti kedua ialah milik saya sausnya sudah dicampur pdahal milik rekan saya dipisah.
Kami curiga chef didalam tdk mau rugi & mencurangi pesanan pelanggan dg dalih menyajikan makanan yg berbeda namun isinya sama hanya beda di plating dan tekstur ayam aja. Jika spicy wings habis konfirmasilah ke pelanggan utk ganti menu lain. Jika dibolehin cancel dan ganti menu ya gantilah seperti menu yg memang benar2 menu asli utk sajian rice bowl bukan menu paha spicy digeprek dan dipindah ke mangkok seolah itu rice bowl.
Cukup kesal sih krna seenaknya ganti menu tanpa konfirmasi plus seolah cancel padal dibalikin ke dapur utk disetting ke lain menu dg isian yg tdk berubah.
Live music terlalu kencang padahal saat putar lagu rekaman biasa volumenya pas
Terlalu dekat jarak antara prkiran & area tempat duduk yg tanpa sekat
Parkir mobil agak susah krna tempat terbatas
Pesan lemon tea yg datang lime tea. Namanya lemon tea ya pake lemon bukan jeruk nipis
 WILL NOT RETURN & DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAFE TO OTHERS. We ordered several menus, including rice bowl & spicy chicken wings, but for spicy chicken wings that came, spicy chicken thighs came instead. Then we complained directly to the waiter & were told if you didn't like it you could cancel it. (Actually, I don't like it or not, but what we ordered was chicken wings, not thighs below)
Because we were starving, we finally asked to compare it to my colleague, where he ordered a rice bowl (my colleague's rice bowl display contained chicken katsu, sliced sausage, fresh vegetables, and chili sauce, separated into another small bowl). After waiting it was finally delivered & it was very different from my colleague's which was not a rice bowl like the initial order.
It is proven that the chicken is different. One form of chicken katsu, mine is in the form of crushed chicken like geprek chicken, the filling is not sausage but stuffed with white fish balls and it doesn't matter, but the second proof is that mine has mixed the sauce even though my colleague's was separated.
We suspect that the chef inside doesn't want to lose and cheat on customer orders under the pretext of serving different foods but the contents are the same, only the plating and texture of the chicken are different. If the spicy wings run out, confirm with the customer to change to another menu. If it is allowed to cancel and change the menu, then replace it like the menu which is really the original menu for serving rice bowls, not the spicy thigh menu, crushed and moved to a bowl as if it were a rice bowl.
I'm quite annoyed because I just want to change the menu without confirmation, plus it seems like it's canceled even though it's returned to the kitchen to be set to another menu with unchanged filling.
Live music is too loud even though when playing recorded songs the volume is usually just right
Too close the distance between the parking lot and the uninsulated seating area
Car parking is a bit difficult because space is limited
