Terima kasih sudah memperbaiki dan atas fast response complaint handlingnya. Sekarang sudah jauh lebih baik, semua staff kasir menjadi ramah dan sopan sesuai prosedurnya.

I am a regular customer for shopping at Mitra Susu Buaran. I once complained about the impolite treatment of the employees. Thank you for fixing it and for the fast response to the complaint handling. Now it is much better, all the cashier staff are friendly and polite according to the procedure.
Hopefully Mitra Susu continues to grow!
