★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menurut saya harga mahal di bengkel ini, sebanding dengan tempat nya yg di tengah kota, dan penanganannya cepat, tempatnya bersih, nyaman,dan ramah.
 In my opinion, the price is expensive at this workshop, comparable to the place in the middle of the city, and the handling is fast, the place is clean, comfortable, and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bengkel ini adalah bengkel yang besar, sangat bonafit, bagus, dan bersih. Sangat memuaskan. Pelayanannya ramah dan tanggap, begitu datang langsung ditanyai keluhannya apa, dsb dan langsung dikerjakan (kecuali kalau ada antrian).
Tempatnya juga nyaman, ada ruang tunggu dengan kursi maupun sofa. Recommended banget buat yang ingin servis atau memperbaiki mobil.
Dan yang lebih uniknya lagi, saya tidak tahu bahwa ternyata ini adalah bengkel Suzuki, sedangkan mobil yang saya itu Mitsubishi ? tapi tetap dilayani dengan sangat baik dan profesional. Mantap!
It's a big, very bona fide, nice and clean workshop. Very satisfy. The service is friendly and responsive, immediately asked what complaints are coming, etc. and immediately done (unless there is a queue).
The place is also comfortable, there is a waiting room with chairs and sofas. Really recommended for those who want to service or repair a car.
And what is even more unique, I did not know that it turned out that this was a Suzuki workshop, while my car was Mitsubishi ? but still served very well and professionally. Great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantab. Harga sedikit lebih mahal dibandingkan yg lain tp mantab pelayanan nya. Utk tune up 275 cek rem 275 klo 1 paket tune up dan cek rem dpt diskon 10%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa, karena hanya periksa Lampu Rem yang nyala terus/tidak bisa mati ongkosnya Rp. 150.000,-. Padahal tidak ada sparepart yang diganti dan hanya di setting.
Jadi saya langsung complain, akhirnya karyawannya dengan kecewa menggratiskan.
Saya pun kasih masukan, lain kali kalau periksa ya disampaikan dulu ke pelanggan apa kerusakannya dan estimasi biayanya.
Very disappointed, because only check the Brake Lights that keep on / can't turn off the cost is Rp. 150.000,-. Even though there are no spare parts that are replaced and only in the settings.
So I immediately complained, finally the employees disappointedly gave them free.
I also give input, next time if you check, first convey to the customer what the damage is and the estimated cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak sengaja mampir ke bengkel ini. Ndilalah pas aki nya tekor depan Indomaret.
Langsung minta bantuan ke bengkel buat dorong mobil sampe kedalem rame2.
Lumayan lama disini nunggu kelar masalahnya karena alternatornya rusak dan harus diganti.
Cari yang cocok buat mobil soluna susah ternyata sampe nunggu 3jam lebih.
Untungnya ruang tunggunya nyaman, ada toiletnya, ada musholanya, dan deket dengan mal jogjatronik.
Jadi bisa di sambi main2 kalo ke bengkel sini.
Accidentally stopped by this workshop. Look when the battery runs out in front of Indomaret.
Immediately ask for help to the repair shop to push the car until it is crowded.
It's been a long time waiting here for the problem to end because the alternator is broken and must be replaced.
Finding the right one for the Soluna car was difficult, it turned out to be waiting for more than 3 hours.
Fortunately, the waiting room is comfortable, there is a toilet, there is a prayer room, and it is close to the jogjatronic mall.
