★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin saya berobat disini umum tidak pakai bpjs. Kondisi saya sedang hamil dan flu.
Saya bertanya dokter nya, petugas hanya bilang dokter sedang keluar. Setelah menunggu lama dan dokter nya tidak kunjung datang akhirnya petugas bilang bahwa dia juga bisa memeriksa kondisi saya dan melaporkan ke dokter nya via telfon. Dan saya juga tidak tau perugas nya perawat atau hanya bagian admin biasa. Lalu saya bercerita bahwa saya sudah konsultasi ke dokter dan dapat obat, saya ke dokter hanya ingin memastikan obat ini aman untuk ibu hamil atau tidak sesuai kondisi dan keluhan saya, dan petugas bertanya obat yg di berikan dokter saat konsultasi. Lalu petugas konsultasi lagi oleh dokter via telpon obat yg di berikan kpd saya. Akhirnya tanpa bertemu dokter dan saya mendaptkan obat yg di rekomendasikan oleh halodoc tanpa dokter di klinik ini memeriksa kondisi saya terlebih dahulu. Tolong lain kali di perbaiki sikap dan kejujuran nya. Jangan asal observasi apalagi pada pasien hamil dan punya penyakit penyerta lain nya. Dokter mya juga harus lebih bertanggung jawab . Trims

After waiting for a long time and the doctor didn't come, finally the officer said that he could also check my condition and report it to his doctor via telephone. And I also don't know the officer is a nurse or just an ordinary admin. Then I told him that I had consulted with the doctor and got medicine, I went to the doctor just to make sure this medicine was safe for pregnant women or not according to my condition and complaints, and the officer asked which medicine the doctor gave during the consultation. Then the officer consulted again by the doctor via telephone the drug that was given to me. Finally without seeing a doctor and I got the medicine recommended by Halodoc without the doctor at this clinic checking my condition first. Please fix the attitude and honesty next time. Do not just observe, especially in pregnant patients and have other comorbidities. Mya doctor should also be more responsible. thanks
