Sudah menipu dari 2015, semua complain customer di instagram superbella shop dihapus, complain ke CS tidak ada tanggapan. Google aja superbella shop penipu, kelihatan semua complain customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya onlinenya jelek, beli training set katanya ready tp. Suruh nunggu sampe h+5. Sampe h+6 barang masih juga belum ready alesan tanggal merah dan barang masih proses. Lah pas sini bayar situ kok gak ngasih tau akan kemungkinan terburuk sampe telat berhari2. Kalo PO mah PO aja, jangan bilang ready. Barang katanya tinggal ambil digudang n tinggal di packing. Packing macem apa 6 hari gak kelar? Sini bolak balik beli baramg di toko lain secara online dr Jakarta aja sehari doang bisa sampe padahal sama2 barang ditumpuk di Gudang. Ini yg sekota kok seminggu katanya masih proses dr gudang. Capek deeehhhhhhhh. Dah cukup sekali dan wasalam. Bye!!
