★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah 1 th lebih langganan laundry disini krn servisnya cepat dan buka sampe malem. Tp kemarin kecewa krn kaos baru, tbtb berlubang dikarenakan setrika yg terlalu panas. Saya ngehubungi lewat wa untuk tanya baik2, tetapi hanya di read saja. Bahkan permintaan maaf karena telah membuat baju saya berlubang pun tidak ada.
Kecepatan layanan memang penting. Namun komunikasi untuk hal2 yg seperti ini juga krusial. Tidak hendak minta ganti rugi krn itu juga baju dpt dr kantor :') seminimal2nya ada komunikasi krn telah membuat baju saya berlubang. Semoga servis dalam hal komunikasi ke pelangan lebih baik, ya. Terima kasih.
It's been more than 1 year since I've subscribed to laundry here because the service is fast and it's open until late at night. But yesterday I was disappointed because the shirt was new, tbtb had holes due to the iron being too hot. I contacted via wa to ask nicely, but only read it. Not even an apology for punching holes in my shirt.
Service speed is important. But communication for things like this is also crucial. I don't want to ask for compensation because that's also the clothes I got from the office :') at least there is communication because it has made holes in my clothes. Hopefully the service in terms of communication to customers is better, yes. Thank you.
