★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One or two times I went there during this pandemic and the health protocols applied there were very good. There is a hand washing area in front of the shop, and the security officer will remind you if you don't wash your hands before entering the shop and also check the body temperature of consumers one by one in a friendly manner. Likewise, if the shop conditions are quite crowded, the shop clerk will recommend consumers to queue and be patient to wait until conditions are good enough to apply physical distancing.
As for the location, it is quite strategic and convenient for shopping because it is separated from the commercial and residential areas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superindo Silk Town was newly opened less than a year. This store is located in strategic area, easy to spot in graha raya. Like other Superindo, this grocery store is complete, fresh foods are good quality and clean. Payment options cash, debit and credit card, e-money. Superindo just launched e membership card which has some benefits for member holders.
During pandemic time, they implement health protocol, all customers should di the hand wash at wash basin that provided in the entrance and temperature checked before enter the store, masker should on and physical distancing which established using step guidance in the floor in the shopping area also cashier lane. Hand sanitizer also provided. All staff wearing masks and face shield.
Parking lot for motor bikes and cars are available however is limited. Another facilities is public rest room outside the store. Although the parking lot is limited, there is disability ♿ lot for 3 cars. Ramp also available at entrance drop off area to main building. Hallway is wide, is accessible for ♿.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard Superindo, but relatively cleaner. It's always nice to go to Superindo because it's not too big, but the product variety is wide, and the veggies are fresh. One complaint for this particular branch is that their eggs on kilos are dirty and not fresh enough... I hope they change this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superindo can be your choice to buy and get daily needs, personal care, groceries, foods, beverages, and anything else you need. The supermarket is cozy and cool, service is ok and wide varieties of brands available here. The price is also competitive with its competitor. Overall, it's good. But during today's situation, you have to line in queue just to get in because they have quota of how much person can get in into their shop. And parking space is not much but enough.
