★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checkout is always slow, they wont open up a cash register even if there are extra attendees. Elevator to the parking lot looks like it hasnt been serviced for years and ready to plunge into the abyss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smaller grocery means they keep smaller stocks of meat. One of the fresher places for chicken and beef in the PIK area.
I would love to give it a higher rating, but the store is usually quite crowded and only two cashiers means there is sometimes a wait. Horrible waits are made worse by shoppers cutting the line & cashiers who let them.
Decent prices overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of grocery shopping, I found Superindo the best deal for price on buying meat, fish, and chicken. Oil, flour, sugar, milk, spices, and basic home necessities like detergent and floor cleaner also great because they always have promos and discounts. For fruits & vegetables though, I suggest buying them at specialized store like Rezeki or All Fresh.
Although we still neef to point out some low productivity on their employees, like they aren't going to fetch shopping trolleys until they are out at the store entrance. Expect to wait approx. 15 mins for them to fetch those, otherwise you may need to use smaller carts.
