★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang sangat mengecewakan.
Saat ingin ke SBJ pusat disampaikan tidak perlu, bisa disini saja karena sampel barangnya ada semua.
Setelah melakukan pemesanan H-1, lalu hari H pagi melakukan payment dengan harapan segera dikirimkan karena sudah ada tukang borongan yang siap kerja di rumah. Namun tidak kunjung dikirim. Di follow up melalui telepon banyak sekali alasan, dan dilempar-lempar ke toko yang lain, saat dihubungi kembali sudah tidak diangkat. Bahkan parahnya barang-barang yang sudah dibayar ternyata kosong.
Penanganan keluhan yang sangat buruk dan tidak ada ganti rugi dari toko. Semoga tidak berurusan dengan toko ini lagi.
Saya mengucapkan terima kasih untuk perhatian pihak management yang telah memberikan complementary berupa bor sesuai dengan voucher belanja yang ditawarkan ke saya sebsar Rp 200.000,.
Walau pun ternyata hingga saat ini pekerjaan di rumah saya belum selesai, karena pengerjaan tukang terpotong akibat 1 hari yang terbuang sia-sia sehingga harus menunggu tukang selesai dari tempat lain karena timeline yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya. Akar masalahnya adalah dari keterlambatan pengiriman barang oleh SBJ.
Harapan saya, tidak ada customer lain yang dirugikan lagi seperti saya.

After placing an order D-1, then the D morning make a payment in the hope that it will be sent immediately because there are already wholesalers who are ready to work at home. But never sent. Followed up by telephone for many reasons, and thrown at another store, when contacted again they were not picked up. Even worse, the items that have been paid for are empty.
Very poor complaint handling and no compensation from the shop. Hope not to deal with this shop again.
I thank the management for the attention that has provided a complementary in the form of a drill in accordance with the shopping voucher offered to me for Rp. 200,000.
Even though it turns out that until now the work at my house has not been completed, because the work of the handyman was cut off due to 1 day wasted so I had to wait for the handyman to finish from another place because of the predetermined timeline. The root of the problem is the delay in the delivery of goods by SBJ.
I hope that no other customer will be harmed again like me.
